With the idea of the competence new accents were put in the discourse to the adult education and in the education policy within the last few years. The idea of the competence especially was removed considerably of the ideas of the education and the qualification in the German-speaking technical discussion, with the discussion around a competence oriented turn a turning of the educational system was started for the subject, his self organisation arrangements and for his learning processes.
The talk has of competence everywhere today, simultaneously, the number of the open questions has rather increased: How is the competence concept filled as regards content and to operationalise how sees a competence oriented methodology and didactics out, how can an adult learn which competences he has? and how he can show others his competences, how can one measure competences and certify perhaps even qualification analogously how are competence oriented curricula, education?
